1961 New York Yankees/1961 World Series Display

This tribute measuring 43 x 61 inches to one of Baseball's finest teams and seasons begins with fully authenticated signatures of every player on the 1961 Yankees who was on the roster when the World Series was played that year. Manager Ralph Houk is also included in this group, for a total of 26 signatures. Superstars Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris are represented with signed 8 x 10 photos, Hall of Famers Whitey Ford and Yogi Berra are featured with signed HOF Postcards, and the remainder of the team is presented on signed unlined index cards or plain white paper.

Complimenting this assemblage are all 5 tickets from the 1961 World Series, as well as both the Yankees and Reds versions of the World Series Program. An authentic Press Pass to the Series is included as well as an original 1961 Yankees Season Schedule. Two original pins stating "1961 NY Yankees American League Champs" and two more of the same type stating "1961 Cincinnati Redlegs National League Champs" are arranged in opposite diagonal corners of this amazing display. Finally, a color team photo of the 1961 Yankees is included, and a beautifully written engraved plaque details that wonderful season for Yankees fans.
